Editorial Policies
Renu Publishers rely on the integrity and honesty of their Editors to publish the best manuscript that conforms to the ethical standards and meets all the requirements as per the mission of the journal for publication. Renu Publishers encourages its editors to follow the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) “Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors”.
Redundant or Duplicate publication
Duplicate or redundant (overlapping) publication is the publication of a paper that overlaps substantially with one already published, without clear, visible reference to the previous publication. Readers should be able to identify that what they are reading is original unless there is a clear statement that the author and editor are intentionally republishing an article. When authors submit a manuscript reporting work that has already been reported in large part in a published article or is contained in or closely related to another paper that has been submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere, the cover letter should be clearly mentioned it and the authors should provide copies of the related material to help the editor decide how to handle the submission.
Authors who attempt duplicate publication without such information will be considered as a violator of our submission terms and such submission will be considered as plagiarized. Any such attempt of duplicate submission or submitting already published work (own or others) will be considered as serious author misconduct. The author(s) should expect serious action for such misconduct which may include informing their institution as well as various forums, making a public post and blocking the author for certain period from all Renu Publishers publications.
If the editor was not aware of the violations and the article has already been published, then the article might warrant retraction (along with above action) with or without the author’s explanation or approval. See COPE Flowcharts for further guidance on handling duplicate publication.
Retraction policy
Renu Publishers abide by COPE Retraction Guidelines.
Conflicts of interest
A conflict-of-interest statement is required for all article and study types. In the interests of transparency and helping reviewers to assess any potential bias in a study's design, interpretation of it results or presentation of its scientific/medical content, Renu Publishers requires all authors of each paper to declare any conflicting interests (including but not limited to commercial, personal, political, intellectual, or religious interests) in the title page that are related to the work submitted for consideration of publication. In addition, reviewers are required to indicate any potential conflicting interests they might have related to any particular paper they are asked to review, and a copy of signed statement should be provided to the Renu Publishers in PDF format.
Ethics committee approval
All studies that involve the humans need to have approval for the study from the respective institutional Review Board (IRB) for the human studies. These guidelines may vary from country to country and country-specific guidelines need to be followed. The IRB number and protocol number should be stated in the manuscript. If the World Medical Association (WMA) the Declaration of Helsinki ethical principles for medical research involving human subjects were followed, they should be stated in the method section of the manuscript.(See here for more information.) If the study involves a Drug under investigation such as in a clinical trial, its approval by the FDA or equivalent authority is obtained and stated in the manuscript. (See here for more information)
Any study involving the animals for research should have the approval of the protocol from the Institutional Committee on animal resources.
Plagiarism Policy
At Renu Publishers, we promises the transparent and quality peer review process as it plays vital role in publishing scientific research. To assure this we have an obligation to assist the scientific community in all aspects of publishing ethics, especially in cases of plagiarism.
Plagiarism is when an author attempts to pass off someone else work as his or her own. Duplicate publication, sometimes called self-plagiarism, occurs when an author reuses substantial parts of his or her own published work without providing the appropriate references. This can range from getting an identical paper published in multiple journals, to salami-slicing, where authors add small amounts of new data to a previous paper.

Peer Review
Renu Publishers rely on the peer review process to assess the quality of the manuscript to be published. Renu Publishers follow the peer review process for all manuscripts published in its journals. Most journals usually follow a double-blind review process, in which the author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. Open Access policy
Renu Publishers is a reputed publisher of scientific journals and publishes many journals under various categories including Open Access (OA). All publications under OA category are freely available for anyone to access and view throughout the globe. Scientific Scholar Open access journals serve the authors and the wider community of scientists by publishing a high-quality, peer-reviewed OA content.
We support and promote all forms of OA that are financially sustainable. All open access publications are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-Share Alike 4.0 License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
